THE TOURISM OF SUN AND BEACH IN ANDALUCIA

Andalusia has more than 800 km. coast, it’s one of the most extensive coastlines in Spain. From east to west, from Almeria to Huelva, through Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. We find many beaches where you can enjoy the sun and good temperatures during much of the year. On the Mediterranean coast, there are cliffs with more or less extensive beaches. On the Atlantic coast are longest beaches of golden sand and dunes are abundant. A diverse selection of all kinds of local and foreign tourists.

Almería

Talking about the south of the peninsula, the Costa Almeria is on the Mediterranean Sea. Its landscape is very peculiar, has some deserted areas and others with rocky beaches or dunes. It offers different opportunities for enjoyment and leisure. At the end the most modern cities are places of enjoyment. It climate, sea and beaches, with resorts that make the Almería Coast the perfect holiday destination. Westward the coast becomes rugged high cliffs. From this point begins a flat area where many tourist centers succeed in expanding, wide beaches and magnificent hotel facilities. Along the coast there are tourist centers where you can practice many sports such as golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, etc.Almerimar is a fine example of beautiful beaches such as Guardias Viejas, Balerma and Balanegra. Natural spaces like the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Nijar offers a paradise with pristine and deserted beaches to enjoy clean waters ideal for scuba diving, sailing and windsurfing. A stunning spectacle of high cliffs beaten violently by the waves.

Granada

The Costa Tropical has a privileged area with the best conditions and attractions to enjoy a great vacation. It has a small subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature around 20 ° C make possible the cultivation of tropical fruits. There are cliffs, coves and extensive beaches that make up the landscape of this coast. Five are the resorts of the Costa Tropical: Almuñécar, Salobreña, Motril, Castell de Ferro and La Rábita. All are equipped with good tourist infrastructure and are ideal for practicing many sports such as windsurfing, surfing, diving, fishing, sailing, water skiing. Málaga

The Costa del Sol covers over 150 kilometers of coastline in the province of Malaga.
