Executive summary

Inside constitutes a viable proposal for the creation of a multicultural discotheque with a fundamental social reason by contributing to abolish xenophobia and a further initiative to provide solutions to the shortage of services on the part of other competitors in the sector.

The business goes hand in hand with technology in its innovation never before seen in a country nightclub, taking effective service models such as large restaurant chains such as: Mc Donald’s, The corral and Taco Bell, the service model through POS machines(Point of Service) and its CRM customer management system are revolutionary in the entertainment industry by allowing our customers an agile income, a safe registration and an optimization of the time in the orders A favorable sector for the creation of this type of companies gives us the province of Zaragoza, and that of major companies dedicated to this industry, a government with clear policies and committed to developing cultural innovations for the sector.

VALUE PROPOSITION

The present business plan presents the creation of a nightlife establishment, which will be located on Calle Sevilla in the town of Zaragoza.

The creation of this new company is due to the need of the youth of an establishment of these characteristics, but it will have an important differentiation from other companies in the sector, which we are sure will please all our customers.

The business idea is not new, but it will be a revolution within the sector in which it is located because it will bet on giving the maximum to its customers thanks to its nightlife offer. In addition, it will have an exceptional location that will favor the access of customers and will make us a reference in the province of Zaragoza.

From a good knowledge of the sector in which we are, we will try to improve the virtues of this type of facilities thanks to our business strategies and minimize any defects that may occur, always working hard on them thanks to our prepared technical and human team.

As a valuable contribution of the party room or nightclub that is proposed is the one that both decoration, staff, activities, music, and especially the atmosphere should thrill. Music is an element to which an indispensable value is supposed, but if it fails in its concept empty the local.

In this project a resident DJ will be hired to ensure that we can predict the audience that we will maintain if the marketing and PR work is done well. It will also bring freshness with live performances (concerts, performances, etc.).

Today more than ever it does not survive, no nightclub if it is not strongly linked to the networks. Develop a business plan for the creation of a multicultural discotheque, aimed at both locals and foreigners in the city of ZARAGOZA, for the sake of respect for cultural diversity, the practice of foreign languages and globalization.

Specific objectives

  • Develop a market study that identifies the target market and potential customers.

  • Conduct a production study identifying suppliers.
  • Design an administrative and legal study to identify the type of organization and the requirements of achievement.
  • Support the viability of the project mentioned by means of a financial study
