Plan for human resources

For the human resources plan, the human resources manager will convoke preferably young people and would make an interview, asking to the contestants things about them. Like what are their skills, if their had experience, how do they work, etc.

The most of our employees will be young people, so the most possible scenario will be that they may not have a lot of experience. Which means that we will have to give them training of how do they would have to behave with discipline, but without pushing them too much (let them enjoy their job).

Obviously that doesn´t mean we have a special profile for our staff, we will also could accept older people, but we concentrate in that kind of age because the pay is not to much, so we can´t afford to hire a person that has a family to maintain. The salary of our employees like cashier of the ticket counter, or machine operator will be the minimum.

The benefits of our employees will be things like discounts in our amusement park attractions or gift store and flexibility in the schedules. Free pass for them and their family depending of their performance and fulfillment.

Proposal for Managing Diverse workforce in the future

Wonder Park is a company that works in an organized way. Which means that the employees must have discipline and behave. Every place have their rules, but that doesn´t mean that they cannot have fun in their working area. It just means that there are rules, and they have to follow them in order to have control.

The human resources management should be a person with an open mind and good getting related with young guys and other employees.

So there can be a good work environment without stress and bad vibes. And the employees can feel that they can go with the manager whenever they have an issue.

Leading

Leading strategies.

I will like to be the kind of leader that wants new ideas for the company, and not just take in count the ones I or other managers had. Everybody, every employee in the company that has an opinion or a good idea will be taken into account. So I would be an open mind manager. Another thing I have in mind as a leader is to be interested in the good of my employees. All of that in order to have a better relationship with my employees and better performance in the company.

Motivation of Human Resources

As it was said before our employees will have some benefits. Such as discounts in the park attractions, free passes as recompense of a good development in their work. And they should have an insurance for every damage they could have inside the park.

So this and other benefits like de flexibility in the schedule would make a good inpact in the employees. I can also like to offer them a good work environment.

Teamwork in your organization

Teamwork is essential in this company. Because all must work in a good environment and be cordial with each other. And work together so that everything is done correctly.

And because large machines are handled in large installations and receive large numbers of people per day. So it is very important teamwork for good organization.

Communication flow

My company is based in a two-way communication. This is a process in which information flows in two directions, and that´s what I want for my company. I want employees to be able to trust me and my other high level employees, and talk to me.

I think this would help me has a feedback. An amusement park is a place that a lot of people like, and I think that if the majority of the people or my own employees give me their opinion I can make it better. The staff employees will be there when people enjoy the attractions, so if they see something that is missing they can tell me so I can improve it.

For the communication channel I will accept both ways, oral and written. The important thing is the information, the ideas they have to tell me.

I will stick myself to the idea of being an open mind manager. I want all my employees to trust me. So to achieve that I will be the most open I can be, so they will know the company and I will know them.

CONTROLLING

Proposal for Managerial Control

As CEO of the company I have a lot of responsibilities. Is not just about thinking in the decision-making and what I can add or remove. I also have to supervise the other high level managers and the senior vice presidents.

All the high level managers have to report me all the big decisions they make or wanted to make. As a boss and owner of a company I want to take care of it in every aspect I can. This company is like my baby and I want everything to work perfect so I want to have control of everything. Even that, it doesn´t mean I don´t trust my workers.

There also should be a financial control, because in big business there´s a lot of money involved. There´s a lot of profits, but there is a lot of loss and bills to pay, too. I will not have a total control of the financial department, but I will ask the CFO (Chief financial officer) to give me a report of the ‘’balance sheet statement’’ and ‘’the profit and loss statement’’ every month. And also I will like a week report of how does the financial department is working.

Proposal for use of managing technology

For an amusement park, the technology may not be as important because technology in this park is only present only in machines (on the mechanical rides). However we are open to new attractions, the idea of the park is of something innovative and give customers what they like.

That is the main idea of the park, have what the people like. That is why it is good to review any feedback received.

Plan for Research Partnership and Join Venture

Wonder Park is a little company compared with other amusement parks like Six Flags or other famous theme parks like Disney or Universal. So it will be too risky to put our park has at partnership.

Although I would like to have a big participation and be the only big owner of the company, the best for it is to make it a join venture company. So I take the risk of maybe lose the name relevance, just to open it big.

By doing this we will ally our company with another that meets certain requirements. The company to form the alliance must be a big company. Of course it has do about with the entertainment business

CONCLUSION

Wonder Park is an amusement park full of potential. We believe that we can always make it better in order to satisfy our customers. So I want my company to be based in a concept of an always progressing. And as it was said before, everybody has an opinion and sometimes great ideas, so I will be a fool if I don´t want to hear them. Because that people that has something to do may be a good idea, or may want our park to have something else that if we put it, will make them like our park more, and go to it more often.

So that way I want also my employees to feel good and confident in their working area. I want to be a charismatic leader, I don´t want any of my employees to be afraid of me, I want them to trust me. I will be dominant, but I will let them approach to me and tell me if they have a problem, or if they have suggestions, and I will listen to them.

So in that way my company, my amusement park can work successfully and of course surrounded by a good environment
