RESUMEN

 Un plan estratégico es importante debido a que busca la mejoría de una organización administrando bien el interior de la organización o de la misma compañía.“Abastos Rehobot C.A” carece de una composición organizacional que posibilite el alcance de las metas propuestas por esta pequeña compañía. La organización no posee tarea, perspectiva, fines y tampoco políticas ni planificaciones que posibilite a la organización tener en claro la finalidad primordial, es por eso que se procederá a crear un  estratégico para prevenir el quiebre de esta micro-empresa, diagnosticando la situación actual del área administrativa, Identificando las debilidades y fortalezas en el proceso administrativo. De acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos para el control interno, debe tener una estructura básica dentro de la organización, basándose en los siguientes elementos; tener un ambiente de control, donde combinen los factores que afectan las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, de tal manera que permita evaluar los riesgos, identificando mediante sistemas de información y comunicación que provoquen una cuantificación de la información estableciendo procedimientos de control con el fin de proporcionar una seguridad razonable.

ABSTRAC

        A strategic plan is important because it seeks to improve an organization by managing well within the organization or the company itself. "Abastos Rehobot C.A" lacks an organizational composition that makes it possible to achieve the goals proposed by this small company. The organization does not have a task, perspective, goals and neither policies nor planning that would allow the organization to have a clear idea of its main purpose, that is why we will proceed to create a strategy to prevent the bankruptcy of this micro-enterprise, diagnosing the current situation of the administrative area, identifying the weaknesses and strengths in the administrative process.  According to the standards and procedures for internal control, it must have a basic structure within the organization, based on the following elements; to have a control environment, where the factors that affect the company's policies and procedures are combined, in such a way that allows to evaluate the risks, identifying through information and communication systems that cause a quantification of the information establishing control procedures in order to provide a reasonable security.
