En primer lugar, quiero expresar un agradecimiento a Dios por haberme ayudado a culminar mi trabajo de investigación y por las bendiciones que he experimentado personalmente y que en conjunto se hicieron grandes logros.
Así mismo, quiero agradecer a las personas que de uno u otro modo colaboraron en la realización de este trabajo y especialmente al Ing. Víctor Manuel Nieto que se esforzó para darnos lo mejor de sus enseñanzas. También al encargado en el área de mantenimiento de la empresa MCI refrigeración y servicios, que acepto dirigir nuestro trabajo y participo en un proyecto a mejorar.

A Dios, por permitirme llegar a este momento tan especial en mi vida. Por los triunfos y los momentos difíciles que me han enseñado a valorarlo cada día más, A mi madre por ser la persona que me ha acompañado durante todo mi trayecto estudiantil y de vida, a mis tías quienes han velado por mí durante este arduo camino para convertirme en una profesional. A mi padre quien con sus consejos ha sabido guiarme para culminar mi carrera profesional. A mis amigos, que gracias al equipo que formamos logramos llegar hasta el final del camino y que hasta el momento, seguimos siendo amigos. A mis profesores, gracias por su tiempo, por su apoyo así como por la sabiduría que me transmitieron en el desarrollo de mi formación profesional.
Abstract
The project of demurrage named “preventive maintenance to a fourth cold " realizes inside the company MCI that takes charge giving maintenance to the equipment of refrigeration to a meat company.
The problem that presents the fourth cold, forces to look for a solution, for what one starts being employed at the problem, later already having the idea of what it is necessary to realize, there begins the task of designing methods that can be efficient and carry an improvement to reduce the problematic.
To check the problematic, a meeting work is carried out by the personnel so much of the meat company, as well as by the technical personnel of refrigeration of the company MCI, to define the strategies by means of which one is going to attack the problem, with the strategy of work established in the above mentioned meeting, information is gathered by the personnel of both companies to have several variants of solution.
With this plan of maintenance applied in the fourth cold there are diminishing the unemployment’s of the machine and the costs of the company. Also it complements itself with the training of the personnel of maintenance of the plant, in order that they are capable of carrying out the plan of maintenance in the equipment of refrigeration.
