INFONAVIT:

The Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Housing is a tripartite Mexican institution where the labor sector, the business sector and the government participate. Its main function is to grant credits to the workers to obtain a house and to provide returns to the savings that is in the National Fund of Housing for the retirement pensions.

The Institute was founded on April 21, 1972 when the Law of Infonavit1 was passed by former President Luis Echeverría Álvarez and in its 44 years of existence (to 2016) it has granted more than 9 million mortgage loans.

The Infonavit works according to the following structure with its function (in parentheses, director (a)):

General Management (David Penchyna Grub): Establish strategies to ensure compliance with the objectives of Infonavit. Propose to the Board of Directors on the activities of Infonavit. Establish and direct the means to evaluate the perception of society regarding the services provided by the Institute.

Business Sector Management (Sebastián B. Fernández Cortina): Coordinate the appointment of the members of the General Assembly Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, Audit Committee, Transparency and Access to Information Committee, Non-Conformity and Regional Advisory Committee. To be the liaison body of the respective organizations and the General Directorate.

(Abelardo Carrillo Zavala): Coordinate the appointment of the members of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee, the Audit Committee, the Transparency and Access to Information Committee, the Committee on Regional Non-Conformities and Consultations. To be the liaison body of the respective organizations and the General Directorate.

National Executive Committee (Rafael Riva Palacio Pontones): Represent the professional interests of the unionized employees of Infonavit. Foster the adherence of institutional regulations and the good performance of the work. Promote compliance with the code of ethics to ensure that the provision of services is done in a transparent manner.

Subdirección General y Jurídica (Omar Cedillo Villavicencio): To legally represent the Institute in matters of legal services, denunciations, legal regulations, civil, commercial and criminal litigation in legal trials and disputes.

Subdirección General de Planeación y Finanzas (Jorge Alejandro Chávez Presa): Generate, direct and control institutional strategies and objectives in operation and administration of financial resources through the implementation of processes, material resources and services.

General Credit Division (Elías Saad Ganem): To satisfy efficiently the requirement of financing the rightful owner to cover their housing needs.

General Directorate of Portfolio Management (Alejandro Cosio Seifer): Develop and implement processes and tools to manage the mortgage portfolio, monitoring and coordinating the evolution of the portfolio to help direct the results of direct impact to the Institute.

General Subdirectorate of Administration and Human Resources (Hugo Rubén Pérez Ramírez)

Subdirección General de Tecnologías de la Información (Rubén Alberto Bravo Piñán): Contribute to institutional objectives by creating and maintaining technological capabilities and operational improvement to consistently deliver computer services to integrate new solutions and continuously improve Infonavit's processes of care. Innovating, with a service approach, using methodologies that incorporate world class practices and maximizing the use of resources.

Assistant Directorate General for Attention and Services (Gustavo Reséndiz Serrano): Provide focused information and education services based on a centralized user knowledge system; And provide effective solutions to the needs and problems through the various service channels.

Subdirección General de Comunicación (José Luis Antón Alvarado): Provide and execute the strategies of communication, marketing and public relations that contribute to the success of the substantive processes of the Institute to reinforce its position as a professional, efficient, modern, socially committed organization And oriented to excellence in service.

Comptroller General (María de la Luz Ruiz Mariscal): Ensure and promote the implementation and compliance of the Internal Control System in the Institute, which is extended with external suppliers in general to contribute to the fulfillment of the Institutional Mission.

Research Center for Sustainable Development (Carlos Zedillo Velasco): Direct, verify and control the strategies of dissemination, promotion, development of housing offer and technical support among delegations, housing developers and state and municipal government, to improve the environment , Housing and the community of our successors improving their quality of life.

General Coordination of Risks (José Manuel Pelayo Cárdenas): Identify, measure, monitor and report the risks faced by the Institute in its operations, as well as strengthen policies and procedures for the administration of different types of risk based on models, indicators And tolerance levels defined for this purpose.

General Coordination of Advisers (Arturo Núñez Serrano): Analyze, elaborate and propose to the General Direction strategies from an objective and independent perspective that contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives of Infonavit.
