                                                         RESUMEN

El siguiente trabajo de investigación pretende mejorar el funcionamiento de la actual gestión educativa dado que, actualmente, se carece de un programa de autoevaluación que permita generar una gestión de calidad. Para ello, mediante la aplicación del tipo de investigación: descriptiva – propositiva (a través de test y la observación directa) se pretende reconocer la gestión actual de la Institución Educativa Mixta “Santa María Magdalena” del distrito Magdalena - Cajamarca y determinar si, mediante la aplicación del instrumento de evaluación propuesta, la calidad de ésta mejora en dicha institución.  Tomando los aportes de diversos investigadores como la del actual Decano de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional de Cajamarca, Jorge Tejada Campos, y, además, cimentada en los requerimientos de los Sistemas de Calidad según las normas ISO 9000 y la Teoría de Sistemas, el siguiente trabajo tiene como:

HIPÓTESIS: Si se propone un instrumento de autoevaluación institucional, entonces se mejorará la gestión de la calidad de la institución educativa mixta “Santa María Magdalena” del distrito Magdalena-Cajamarca.

MUESTRA: estuvo conformada por el director, doce profesores y cincuenta alumnos entre todos los grados y dos auxiliares de la Institución Educativa: “Santa María Magdalena” del distrito de Magdalena. Un total de sesenta y cinco personas.

RESULTADO: el modelo del instrumento propuesto probó establecer precisamente ese vínculo entre la información que se genere de los procesos de autoevaluación y los procesos de gestión asociados a mejorar la calidad educativa.

En CONCLUSIÓN, la aplicación de un instrumento de autoevaluación puede mejorar la calidad de gestión en la Institución Educativa Mixta Secundaria “Santa María Magdalena” del Distrito de Magdalena - Cajamarca. 

SUMMARY

The following research work is intended to improve the functioning of the present-day given educational management than, at present, it lacks a program of self-assessment that it allows to generate a high-quality step itself. For it, by means of the application of the type of investigation: descriptive – propositional  ( through opinion polls and the direct observation ) Cajamarca and determining if, by means of the application of the instrument of evaluation proposed, the quality of this gets better in the aforementioned institution – application St. Mary Magdalene of the district attempts to recognize the Educational Mixed Institution's his present-day step Magdalena -.  Taking from contributions various investigators like the one of the present-day Dean of the Faculty of Education of the National University of Cajamarca, Jorge Tejada Campos, and, besides, laid the foundations of in the requests of the high-quality Systems according to the standards ISO 9000 and the Systems Theory, the following job has I eat:

HYPOTHESIS: If he is offered an instrument of institutional self-assessment, then St. Mary Magdalene of the district will improve the step of the quality of the educational mixed institution herself Magdalena Cajamarca.

SHOW: It was shaped by the director, twelve professors and fifty pupils of all the degrees and two auxiliaries of the Educational Institution: “St. Mary Magdalene” of the district of Magdalena. A total of sixty five people.

RESULT: The model of the proposed instrument showed to establish that link between the information that is generated of the processes of self-assessment and the processes of step correlated to improve the educational quality precisely.
